Pinos is Perth's first dedicated empanada bakery, run by husband-and-wife duo Axel and Brooke Pino from a Subiaco shopfront on Rokeby Road. Inspired by a trip to Axel's homeland of Chile, they hand-crimp around a dozen varieties of baked empanadas, each stamped to match its filling, alongside South American sweets, coffee and cold-pressed juices.
