Shaun locks Perth meter boxes in half an hour
A meter box is the one part of a house that has to stay open to strangers: Synergy and Western Power staff need to get in without asking you for a key. Meterbox Lock fits the answer to that. Shaun McCrae installs the Western Australian Services (WAS) cam lock, the state-approved cylinder cut to the utility master key, with a hand-assembled polycarbonate viewing window, so the meter reader still reads the meter and everyone else is locked out.
Shaun works out of Scarborough and comes to you, Yanchep to Rockingham. Most installs take about 30 minutes, the power stays on, and in many cases you do not need to be home: he fits it while you are at work, tests it, and leaves the keys and invoice. Single, double and wooden boxes, hinge, lock and window replacements, plus rental properties, all on the same approved hardware. There are WA-made DIY kits for anyone who would rather fit their own.

“Shaun was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was friendly, professional and very accommodating, fitting my job in while he was already working nearby. The double meter box installation was completed quickly and to a high standard, and he kept me updated throughout. Everything was left neat and tidy, with the keys and invoice safely placed in my letterbox. Great communication, excellent workmanship and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Shaun to anyone needing a reliable meter box installation—thank you so much☺️”
