Erskine Pets

Erskine Pets is a proudly family-owned and operated independent pet store that has been serving the Peel community since 2004. For more than 20 years, we have built a strong reputation as a trusted destination for pet owners seeking quality products, reliable advice, and personalised customer service.

Our business stocks a comprehensive range of premium pet supplies, including food, healthcare products, enrichment items, accessories, and habitat essentials for dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, and small animals. We also offer a large selection of freshwater fish, birds, and small animals. While we cannot stock every product available on the market, we are committed to sourcing specific items for our customers whenever possible, ensuring they can access the products they need without compromise.

As a small independent retailer, our greatest strength lies in the knowledge and passion of our team. We take the time to understand each customer's individual needs and provide tailored advice to help them make informed decisions about the care and wellbeing of their pets. Whether assisting a first-time fish keeper setting up an aquarium or helping a long-term customer find the right nutrition for a senior pet, we pride ourselves on delivering a level of service that larger retailers often cannot match.

What sets Erskine Pets apart is our commitment to building genuine relationships with our customers and supporting responsible pet ownership within the local community. We combine competitive pricing, quality products, and specialist expertise with a personalised approach that creates a welcoming and supportive shopping experience. Our customers know they can rely on us not only for products, but also for honest advice, ongoing support, and a team that genuinely cares about the health and happiness of their pets.

And a proud moment along the way: named a 2025 finalist for Retail Excellence at the Alcoa Peel Business Awards.
