BKS Conveyancing WA brings together two long-standing WA settlement agencies, Bradshaw Kulynycz Settlements and Harman Settlement Service. As a fully licensed agent under the Settlement Agents Act 1981, we work across all transactions: residential, commercial, business sales and settlements, deceased estates, subdivisions, and related-party transfers.
We run things the modern way: streamlined, as paperless as possible, and without the old-school stuffiness the industry is known for. As an independent agent we act for you, in your best interests, and keep you informed, rather than buried in jargon.
Conveyancing is never going to win any points for style, but getting it right is what matters, and that's where we put in the effort.
